Economic Impact
From an initial Regional Development Agency (RDA) investment of $3.5M, combined with contributions from industry and operational supports from Simon Fraser University and AGE-WELL NCE, Circle Innovation succeeded in enabling industry partners to generate more than $79M in new revenues or investment, to create more than 230 high-tech jobs and train over 700 new workers, and to grow revenue for 45 participating companies while taking 37 new health technologies or services to market.
